Do You Know?

We get calls on a daily basis from Au Pairs and Moms asking whether or not they are qualified enough to look after Children, based on their current experience and qualification level (if they have any)

We decided to craft together 4 simple questions for anyone to read through and answer yes or no, to see for themselves how qualified they are.

If you don’t know the answers to the following questions, then you are not yet fully equipped to look after Children

Questions:

• Do you know how to manage 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-degree burns?
• Do you know what to do when a Child goes into Anaphylaxis shock?
• Do you know how to perform First Aid for a child with heatstroke?
• Do you know the different types of swimming accidents?

What You Can Do

If you don’t know the answers to these 4 questions, you need to please enroll in our first aid course as you are not fully qualified

Summer is around the corner and that means you will have to look after children who will want to swim, whether it be for fun, to practice their stroke or to cool-off from a hot day

Please prepare yourself so that you know how to deal with any emergency situation
