Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at That Sassy Life Coach.
If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to That Sassy Life Coach, South Africa.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to That Sassy Life Coach, accessible from https://www.thatsassylifecoach.com/
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2. Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to ask for a refund on your order within 30 days stating, in writing, why such action is taking place
The deadline for canceling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You placed your online order for the Goods. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will then reimburse you at the end of the Monthly Billing cycle, by means of an EFT you and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
2.1 Conditions for Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- Your online course or coaching sessions were purchased in the last 30 days
- You haven't shared any of the content
- That you have either experienced severe technical issues or the Company be in breach of its ethical Code of Conduct
- An online course will not be refunded if you fall outside of the 30 day period
- An online course will also not be refunded if you have not logged into your profile for more than 14 days after purchase and funds have been received
- Given the nature of the product, we will not issue a refund for our online courses if you suddenly come into a Financial emergency, personal situation or your device (whether it be a cellphone or computer) be stollen and or lost
- If you used a discount code, you will not be issued the full amount of the course
- As per our Terms & Conditions, section 6, our products come "as is" and "as available". What you see is what you get. We will not be able to issue refunds should your expectations of said product be unreasonable to meet.
- In other words and given the nature of the products we sell, if you don't like the product, we cannot be held liable due to the fact that everything you read, is what you get
- If the service/item was on sale at the time, refunds will not apply here
- Coaching sessions will also not be refunded if you cancel less than 48 hours in advance. Please see more terms here
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any of our online courses that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

2.2 Returning Goods
Customers should contact the Company, That Sassy Life Coach, directly for a refund.
Given all services and courses are held online, there is no address for the customers to return the product to
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once you have provided the Company with your email, a gift certificate will be emailed to You.
