What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach or Personal Life Coach is someone who has a qualification in Life Coaching. This person (Man or Woman) has a clear understanding of people, trauma, and obstacles. This person provides guidance and motivation and helps you overcome certain weaknesses
A Life Coach is different from a Psychologist. A Psychologist focuses on the past and trauma, whilst a Life Coach focuses on the Positive and a way forward for you.
Life Coaching Areas
A Life Coach can focus or specialise in a number of areas. These areas include but are not limited to:
- Career change
- Goal Setting
- Boundary Implementation
- Court preparation
- Abuse and Trauma
- Protection Orders and Domestic Violence
